Last night I google tutorials to try and figure out how to make elastic flower heandbands. I came across a youtube tutorial from Snazziedrawers that was probably the easiest tutorial I've ever seen! Looking at all the beautiful headbands on etsy I never imagined I'd be able to make my own, but after watching this tutorial I had faith in myself I could do it! I then searched Snazziedrawers on etsy, as well as checked out the Snazziedrawers blog. Oh my..this lady is SO talented! Archive Jewelry

The Great Cookie Book

I recently came across this fabulous cookie book "The Great Cookie Book" in hopes to get some ideas for my upcoming holiday party. Well to my surprise, not only did I want to try all 50 cookie recipes, they even arrange the cookies by season...perfect! I would highly recommend this cookie book if you love cookies and want to try something new.

Chicken Noodle Soup

This always makes me feel better, and not to mention looks delicious.

Taco Tuesday = Success

All of the spices we used in our ground beef.*Onion Salt, Season Salt, Basil, Oregano, and Vegetable Oil* First you take the beef out of the packaging and put in on a plate. Then you add the spices and "mash" them together with your hands. (This really helps bring out the flavor when your cooking the beef)

Then you get a small fry pan and a large fry pan for your tortillas and your beef. Put 1 TBLS of Vegetable Oil in each fry pan and turn the heat on to medium. Put your torilla in the small fry pan and add all your beef to the large fry pan. Flip both until golden brown and fully cooked through.

All of the toppings used in the finishing of the perfect Taco Tuesday. *Cilantro, Onions, and Shredded Cheese.* What I like to do is throw one of my golden crisp tortillas back on the stove top for just a minute or so and add the shredded cheese and beef on top of the tortilla. Then you get the perfect, oozing, delicious bite every time!

Taco Tuesday with my love was a success! We ended up making some great tacos!

Slight Change

Happy Sunday Bloggers! I've decided to go in a bit of a different path for this blog. Though I'm going to continue blogging about things I love, I'm going to do some exploring in my forte; jewelry. October Inspiration

I love the month of October! I recently did First Friday for my jewelry line Steffi Glam, did some shopping to spice up my fall wardrobe, and now I'm just preparing for the many events going on this month! Here are a couple of my inspirations for Steffi Glam Fall 2010.

FALL DESIRES #1

Fall is just around the corner and what better way to welcome my favorite season by shopping for my fall attire! I absolutely love fall, the crisp autumn breezes, pumpkin spice lattes at Starbucks, and tons of scarves & boots! Here's just a few looks I'm going to be wearing this fall.

lot's of layering..it's always a must for the calmer weather.

mini skirts with flowy tops is the perfect way to show some skin but in a classic way.

stripes! I'm definitely loving the easy going look of a cotton stripe shirts for fall.

girly tunics with multiple accessories gives a fun, carefree look.

cardigans are going to be my best friend this fall,
